EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Adam has been at the helm of Innovex since its inception in 2016, and as CEO continues to lead the business through strategic growth and acquisition delivering a unique blend of conventional, innovative, and proprietary technologies to support upstream onshore and offshore activities worldwide Previously, Adam was CEO of Team Oil Tools and from 2002 served in senior management roles including Vice President of the Western U.S. Division, President of Latin America, Vice President of the U.S. Completions Division and Country Manager for Saudi Arabia at Baker Hughes. Adam began his career as an engineer with WellDynamics Inc., an oil and gas completions and production technology company. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Duke University.
Kendal joined Innovex in 2016 as VP of Corporate Development and has been a key member of the Innovex team leading M&A, treasury and integration. In early 2019, he took on the role of CFO assuming wide ranging responsibility for the company’s financial operations. Previously, Kendal served seven years with Intervale Capital, a middle market OFS private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing a variety of oilfield service investments. Kendal earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.
Dawn joined Innovex in 2018 and leads Human Resources, HSE and business support teams across the global organization. Prior to joining Innovex, Dawn held leadership roles in Human Resources at prominent global companies across multiple industries – including Jetstream, Callaway and Mercer. Recognized as a strong identifier and developer of talent, Dawn specializes in organizational development and strategy, strategic planning, change leadership, succession planning, business transformation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and negotiations. She holds a degree from UC Riverside and is SPHR certified.
Ben joined Innovex in 2018 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In 2011, Ben capped off a 30-year career with Baker Hughes where he held multiple integral positions including Director of U.S. Manufacturing, Senior Plant Manager and Director, Western Hemisphere Supply Chain Operations. He brings invaluable expertise to the areas of both manufacturing and supply chain for Innovex. Ben holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M.
Since joining Innovex in 2016, Mark has held the positions of Vice President of Well Completions, Chief Operations Officer, and is now President for the North America region. He was previously the Vice President of Operations for Team Oil Tools; and prior to joining Team, Mark spent 30 years at Baker Hughes holding multiple key positions including leading the completions business in both South Texas and the Rocky Mountains. With a plethora of hands-on, managerial, and problem-solving experience, Mark is considered an industry expert in well completions and fishing operations across North America.
John joined Innovex in early 2016 and leads the strategic planning and development of the Middle East & Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, he held the positions of Account Manager, Vice President of Business & Product Development, and Vice President of Well Completions. John previously held positions in sales management and applications engineering (with a focus on Eastern Hemisphere) at Halliburton, Weatherford and Tam International. John holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
Juan Carlos leads operations and sales for Innovex’s fast-growing Latin America (LATAM) market. Juan Carlos began his oil field career with BJ Services in 1986 and moved on to Baker Hughes in 1992 where he served as Operations Manager in Venezuela and held various positions. Between 1996 and 2000, Juan Carlos worked for Baker Oil Tools in several Latin American markets including Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, and Brazil before becoming Latin America Manager for Baker Hughes Inteq. After his time at Baker, Juan Carlos held the position of Country Manager for Cooper Cameron in Brazil with the responsibility for managing their manufacturing facilities in country. He returned to Baker Oil Tools working in Brazil, the Middle East and Houston. Juan Carlos then served in Brazil as President for OneSubsea and Cameron (A Schlumberger Company), then went on to become the Country Manager for Exterran Serviços de Oleo e Gas no Brasil.
Steve serves as the Senior Vice President for the Europe, Caspian, and Africa region. With over 30 years of international experience in the oilfield services sector, he has an extensive background in engineering, operations, sales, and management. Prior to his current role, Steve held several leadership positions, including Global Vice President of Dril-Quip’s Downhole Tools division and Vice President of International Operations at Innovex, alongside various roles at Baker Hughes. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria.
Kevin serves as the Senior Vice President for the Downhole Product Line. Over the past 30 years he has gained extensive experience in operations management, business development, engineering and product line management while living in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa. Kevin’s previous leadership roles have included, Director of Well Construction at Dril-Quip, CEO of Abrado Wellbore Services, Director Wellbore Construction at Baker Hughes and Vice President of Global Operations at Fishbones AS. A prolific public speaker, Kevin continues to publish and present at conferences across the globe. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.
Bruce is Senior Vice President for Innovex’s Subsea Product Line. Prior to his current role, Bruce led the Subsea Services team as Vice President for Dril-Quip, a role he held since February 2022. Bruce also held the position of Vice President – Subsea from May 2020 until February 2022 and Vice President – Eastern Hemisphere from June 2019 until May 2020. Bruce joined Dril-Quip in January 2005 and held a number of engineering and R&D positions in the Company before taking operational management roles. Bruce holds a BS in mechanical engineering technology from Texas A&M University.
