EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Adam has been at the helm of Innovex since its inception in 2016, and as CEO continues to lead the business through strategic growth and acquisition delivering a unique blend of conventional, innovative, and proprietary technologies to support upstream onshore and offshore activities worldwide Previously, Adam was CEO of Team Oil Tools and from 2002 served in senior management roles including Vice President of the Western U.S. Division, President of Latin America, Vice President of the U.S. Completions Division and Country Manager for Saudi Arabia at Baker Hughes. Adam began his career as an engineer with WellDynamics Inc., an oil and gas completions and production technology company. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Duke University.

Kendal joined Innovex in 2016 as VP of Corporate Development and has been a key member of the Innovex team leading M&A, treasury and integration. In early 2019, he took on the role of CFO assuming wide ranging responsibility for the company’s financial operations. Previously, Kendal served seven years with Intervale Capital, a middle market OFS private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing a variety of oilfield service investments. Kendal earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.

Dawn joined Innovex in 2018 and leads Human Resources, HSE and business support teams across the global organization. Prior to joining Innovex, Dawn held leadership roles in Human Resources at prominent global companies across multiple industries – including Jetstream, Callaway and Mercer. Recognized as a strong identifier and developer of talent, Dawn specializes in organizational development and strategy, strategic planning, change leadership, succession planning, business transformation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and negotiations. She holds a degree from UC Riverside and is SPHR certified.

Ben joined Innovex in 2018 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In 2011, Ben capped off a 30-year career with Baker Hughes where he held multiple integral positions including Director of U.S. Manufacturing, Senior Plant Manager and Director, Western Hemisphere Supply Chain Operations. He brings invaluable expertise to the areas of both manufacturing and supply chain for Innovex. Ben holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M.

Since joining Innovex in 2016, Mark has held the positions of Vice President of Well Completions, Chief Operations Officer, and is now President for the North America region. He was previously the Vice President of Operations for Team Oil Tools; and prior to joining Team, Mark spent 30 years at Baker Hughes holding multiple key positions including leading the completions business in both South Texas and the Rocky Mountains. With a plethora of hands-on, managerial, and problem-solving experience, Mark is considered an industry expert in well completions and fishing operations across North America.

John joined Innovex in early 2016 and leads the strategic planning and development of the Middle East & Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, he held the positions of Account Manager, Vice President of Business & Product Development, and Vice President of Well Completions. John previously held positions in sales management and applications engineering (with a focus on Eastern Hemisphere) at Halliburton, Weatherford and Tam International. John holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.

Juan Carlos leads operations and sales for Innovex’s fast-growing Latin America (LATAM) market and global Subsea product line. Juan Carlos began his oil field career with BJ Services in 1986 and moved on to Baker Hughes in 1992 where he served as Operations Manager in Venezuela and held various positions. Between 1996 and 2000, Juan Carlos worked for Baker Oil Tools in several Latin American markets including Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, and Brazil before becoming Latin America Manager for Baker Hughes Inteq. After his time at Baker, Juan Carlos held the position of Country Manager for Cooper Cameron in Brazil with the responsibility for managing their manufacturing facilities in country. He returned to Baker Oil Tools working in Brazil, the Middle East and Houston. Juan Carlos then served in Brazil as President for OneSubsea and Cameron (A Schlumberger Company), then went on to become the Country Manager for Exterran Serviços de Oleo e Gas no Brasil.

Steve serves as the Senior Vice President for the Europe, Caspian, and Africa region. With over 30 years of international experience in the oilfield services sector, he has an extensive background in engineering, operations, sales, and management. Prior to his current role, Steve held several leadership positions, including Global Vice President of Dril-Quip’s Downhole Tools division and Vice President of International Operations at Innovex, alongside various roles at Baker Hughes. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria.

Todd is the Senior Vice President for the Downhole Product Line. Prior to the Innovex acquisition, Todd was CEO of Citadel Casing Solutions, following various technical, marketing, and sales roles since the company's inception in 2016. He began his career as an R&D engineer at Halliburton and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Angie Sedita is a senior executive with almost 30 years of experience in the financial markets as a globally top ranked sell-side equity analyst covering the Energy and Energy Transition sectors.

Most recently she was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and the lead analyst covering the Oilfield Service and Contract Drilling sector, with overlap into Industrial and Energy Transition. Previously she worked at UBS Investment Bank for nine years as a Managing Director, and before that spent nine years with Lehman Brothers as Vice President also covering Energy. She started her career at AG Edwards & Sons (now Wells Fargo) covering E&P, Integrated Oils and MLPs.

Angie is widely respected for her thought-leading industry research, financial acumen, operational/technical industry knowledge, and capital stewardship. Financial strengths include equity offerings, valuation, FCF analysis, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Benjamin joined the Board of Directors of Dril-Quip, Inc. in July 2024. From 2009-2017, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Gas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: WES) and Western Gas Equity Partners, L.P. (NYSE: WGP) and he was President and CEO of those companies from 2017-2018.

From November 2018 until August 2019, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) until its acquisition by Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Since 2019, Benjamin has engaged primarily as a private investor. Benjamin served on the board of directors of Zimmer Energy Acquisition Corp., from June 2021 to June 2023, and currently serves on the board of directors of SCM Topco, LLC and FS Crude Parent LLC, Benjamin received a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bonnie S. Black is a board member, executive committee member, and c-suite leader guiding organizations to achieve operational excellence, providing strategic direction, and leveraging data / technology to secure a competitive advantage at one of the most prestigious independent oil and gas companies. She spearheads and steers strategic transformations, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering unprecedented results.

Bonnie earned her Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and her PE license in Environmental Engineering from the State of Oklahoma. Bonnie has been recognized as one of the 25 Influential Women in Energy.

Jason is responsible for Amberjack’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is also actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring Amberjack investments.

Before joining Amberjack in 2013, Jason spent the preceding 10 years at Falconhead Capital, a New York based middle market private equity fund focused on investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to Falconhead, Jason worked at UBS Investment Bank where he advised on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions.

Jason received his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason is a devoted husband and father and enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His interests include distance running, skiing, and fly fishing.

John has been a Class II director since May 2005 and Chair of the Dril-Quip Board since October 2011.

John is the Managing Partner of JVL Advisors LLC, a private energy investment company established in 2002. From January 2000 to August 2002, John was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Incorporated, and during this period served as head of the firm’s Global Oil and Gas Research practice and then as head of the firm’s Global Oil and Gas Investment Banking practice. From 1995 to 2000, he was a leading oilfield services and equipment research analyst for Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he spent two years as a senior financial executive at Baker Hughes and four years as an energy investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston. John also serves as a director of Helix Energy Solutions Group, and as chair of the board of directors of Epsilon Energy, Ltd.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA degree from the University of Texas.

Terence has been a Class I director on the Dril-Quip Board since November 2012.

Terence has served as Managing Director of EIG Global Energy Partners since April 2015, Operating Officer of Breakwater Energy, since September 2022, and as Chief Operating Officer of MidOcean Energy, since October 2022. From April 2015 until March 2021, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Harbour Energy Ltd. Earlier in his career, Terence was employed by Anadarko Petroleum as Vice President International Operations – Americas/Far East following its acquisition of Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas. While with Kerr-McGee, he served in various management positions domestically and internationally, including as Vice President – International Exploration and Production.

Terence serves as a director of Maverick Natural Resources, LLC, and previously served as a director of Chrysaor Holdings Limited.

Terence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.

Will is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring Amberjack investments.

Will joined Amberjack in 2016 having previously worked at PPHB LP, a middle-market focused energy investment bank. While at PPHB, Will worked on a variety of advisory transactions in the energy service sector.

Will graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a B.A. in Business Administration and received a M.S. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Will grew up in Houston, Texas. He is married with young children. Will enjoys music, sports, and traveling.
