Boasting a streamlined tooling scope, the HXT™ Horizontal Tree triumphs over conventional subsea trees on multiple fronts — exhibiting not only reduced mass but also augmented flexibility.
The Dril-Quip HXT™ significantly trims the carbon emissions linked to its lifecycle, encompassing manufacturing, transportation, and deployment.
Additionally, the HXT™ broadens the spectrum of viable installation vessels paving the way for potential budget optimization without compromising the superior performance and reliability of Innovex’s innovative technologies.
Features
- Direct vertical access enables high-frequency workover
- Efficient shared casing solution doubles available wells per given platform
- Saves time and money with a simpler radial bolt connection system
The SBTe™ Vertical Subsea Tree combines unparalleled engineering flexibility with a low-profile design.
Capable of running in both shallow and mid-water depths, it can be configured to order, accommodating specific operator requirements for flowline connection systems, subsea chokes, control systems, chemical metering valves, and other components.
The Dril-Quip SBTe™ features the patented self-aligning Vertical Subsea Tree (VXTe™) tree technology, which has changed how wells are drilled and completed. Our self-aligning technology eliminates the need for a tubing head to orient the hanger and align the tree, eliminating operational steps and saving up to two weeks of rig time.
Features
- Eliminates hardware and operational steps
- No need for expensive dual-bore production and annulus riser
- No need to run and retrieve a wireline plug to open and close the annulus
Our VXTe™ Vertical Subsea Tree uniquely does it all. By eliminating the need for a tubing head to orient the tubing hanger and align the tree, our system significantly reduces the number of operational steps and human-equipment interactions.
This can save up to two weeks of rig time and up to $4 million per well, all while mitigating environmental and safety risks. Plus, with less energy needed to manufacture, transport and install, the Dril-Quip VXTe™ lowers your overall carbon footprint.
Features
- Self-alignment mechanism streamlines installation
- No rig time spent on tubing head installation, no running tools, no trips to verify hanger orientation
- Metal-to-metal sealing-gate valve with secondary closing feature ensures reliable barrier
The DualBore™ Vertical Subsea Tree is designed to provide direct overhead access (via completion riser) to the production and annulus bores.
This allows the setting of wireline plugs in the tubing hanger to secure the well prior to removing the BOP stack. The Dril-Quip DualBore™ Vertical Subsea Tree is available in pressure ratings up to 15,000 psi, and all of the components include field-proven technology.
Features
- Valve overrides available with a variety of position indicators and ROV interfaces
- Adaptable to a variety of flowline and control system connections
- Field-proven performance Improve
With its lightweight modular design, the ConcentricBore™ Vertical Subsea Tree is a time-saving, economical alternative to traditional completion systems.
Easy to handle and install, our ConcentricBore™ Subsea Tree features innovative, reliable technology in a flexible, low-cost package. That includes field-proven DH gate valves, DA valve actuators, and subsea control system, as well as our unique DXe® Wellhead Connector, which delivers high fatigue resistance with no bolts in the load path.
The Dril-Quip ConcentricBore™ Tree places the production bore on the centerline, allowing more downhole functions to be incorporated. With multiple interface options and an adaptable design, it can accommodate all major industry third-party components, including chokes, jumper hubs, gas lift systems, and chemical injection metering valves.
Features
- Standard API/ISO ROV interfaces for installation and maintenance access
- Configurable for crossover upstream or downstream of production wing valve
- Accommodates nine downhole hydraulic/chemical injection lines and two electrical lines, including fiber optic
