The Single-Set Inflatable Service Packer (ISP) is used for isolating zones in open-hole or in casing.
The tool is retrievable and may be used for testing, treating, production, or injection. The Single Set ISP may be used in vertical or deviated wells.
Features
- Robust mechanical tubing mandrel assembly
- Poppet valve or shear valve inflation control
- Inflatable elements available in 4 ft seal lengths
- Both cable reinforced and strip reinforced
- Custom sizes & materials available upon request
The Multi-Set Inflatable Service Packer is used for isolating zones in open-hole or in casing.
The tool is re-settable and may be used for testing, treating, production, or injection of several zones with each trip into the well. This tool is designed for long-term downhole production or injection applications.
Features
- Robust mechanical tubing mandrel assembly
- Poppet valve inflation control
- Rotate to release
- Deploy darts for multiple sets
- Inflatable elements available in 4 ft seal lengths
- Cable reinforced elements provide excellent shape memory after multiple sets
- Rated up to 300 F (150 C) applications
The Through-Tubing Inflatable Packer (TTIP) is used for isolating zones in open-hole or in casing.
TTIPs are normally run through a tubing string and set in larger open hole or casing located below the tubing string. The TTIP may be used in vertical, deviated, or horizontal wells.
Features
- Stainless steel strips provide excellent expansion characteristics
- Standard elastomer compounds are suitable for 240 degrees F - high temperature elastomers are available upon request
- Long 48” elastomer seal length provides excellent anchoring capabilities
- Equipped with an opening valve, preventing fluid from prematurely inflating the element
